I went to see a fixer in North Mission Viejo, CA yesterday. Its a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2200 sqft home for around $645K with an ARV of $780K. It just so happens that we are in the process of rehabbing another home on La Vina, Mission Viejo.
This new property is the same floor plan as the one that we are rehabbing and we are at around $70k on the rehab. Ours will be going on the market in about two weeks. I put in an ALL cash offer on the other listing and hope to get it under contract soon.
