What the training covers
For agents	Agent Standard is $85 a month plus $1,150 per closing. Agent Business is $125 a month plus $950 per closing. You keep the sale commission. Rentals on Agent Business are a 90/10 split. California fees are passed through at cost. See the full plan on the agents page.
For investors	Flipping, wholesaling, and deal analysis. If a deal fits my buy box, I may offer to buy it.
Cost to learn	Free for investors, in groups and one-on-one. Free classes once you are a Pellego agent.

I teach investors for free, in groups and one-on-one, and I will not charge you thousands for a course. Classes on this site are free once you are a Pellego agent.

Who is the training for?

It is for agents who want to hang a license at Pellego and for investors who want to learn flips, wholesaling, and how to read a deal.

What does a Pellego agent pay?
